What to Expect
Experience a 90-minute journey that begins with grounding Yin yoga, transitioning into acupuncture during final relaxation (Savasana) to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and whole-body wellness. Hosted at studios across Vancouver, with custom-length sessions available for private and corporate bookings.
Yin Yoga
Grounding poses held for 1–3+ minutes target the body’s deep connective tissues, helping to release tension and improve mobility. This slow, relaxing practice calms the nervous system and creates space for inward reflection and rest.
Guided meditation and breathwork are seamlessly woven into the workshop to cultivate presence, ease mental chatter, and support deep relaxation and emotional balance.

Acupuncture
Offered during your final rest, acupuncture acts as a gentle 'reset' for your body. By using precision techniques, this practice helps regulate the nervous system and quiet the 'noise' of stress. It is a dedicated time to allow your body to exit a state of tension and enter a state of deep, natural healing, supporting both your mental clarity and physical resilience.
Who We Are
We’re proud to offer Vancouver’s first dedicated Yin & Pin experience — a workshop format combining Yin Yoga and acupuncture, a unique practice growing in popularity around the world.
Rooted in the natural rhythms of the seasons, our sessions are co-facilitated by yoga instructor Julia and acupuncturist Brian, blending the restorative qualities of Yin yoga with the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture.
